Do you offer shipping, and how much does it cost?

Yes! We offer fast shipping across Puerto Rico and the U.S. The flat shipping rate is $10.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days
  • United States: 5–7 business days
Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

  • If approved, we will send you a free return label via email.
  • All return requests must be authorized in advance before shipping any item back.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds. Store credit will be issued, valid for 4 months.
  • Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

Yes! Upon request, we can include tissue paper, ribbon, and a blank card so you can prepare your gift at home.

Simply leave us a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.

Please note: To keep shipping costs low, gift wrap materials are shipped unassembled and may not be suitable for fragile items.
